Membership

A. General Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old or 13 years or older with parental permission. A user under 18 certifies that a parent has given permission by checking the box that corresponds to "I Agree."
Users must provide valid, accurate, and truthful information during all stages of membership. This applies to each and every interaction with a LeadPrizes staff member, LeadPrizes website, and LeadPrizes advertiser or partner, including, but not limited to: personal information, location, messages, emails, third-party signup information, and reward cashouts.
All residents from United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia are allowed to join LeadPrizes.
Users must not create more than one account per person, nor may they create more than one account per household.
Users must not create more than one account per computer or internet connection.
Users must log in and use LeadPrizes on their own personal computer and internet connection only. The use of a LeadPrizes account on a public or shared computer, or public internet connection is grounds for disqualification. You may not access your LeadPrizes account on the same computer or internet connection as your referrer, referral, or any other LeadPrizes user. Violation of this term may be considered grounds for disqualification of any and all users involved.
Users must not log in from a different country than from what they registered with.
Users must not use a proxy or otherwise attempt to mask or reroute their connection.
When creating an account, please use a strong password and do not share your password with another user. It is recommend to frequently change your password as well.

B. Disqualification

A user's account may be disqualified and his or her earnings forfeit in, but not limited to, the following cases:

He/she violates any of the terms set forth in these Terms of Service,
He/she posts his or her referral link where it is unwelcome (e.g., "spamming"),
He/she attempts to exploit any vulnerability on LeadPrizes (e.g., "hacking"),
He/she attempts to cheat or tell others to cheat on LeadPrizes (e.g., "cheating"),
He/she is determined by LeadPrizes, in its sole discretion, to be detrimental to the stability of this site or this site's relationship with its advertisers.
He/she posts instructions for canceling any offer, a walkthrough, or any other type of tutorial or suggestion on a website. This includes but is not limited to: instructions on completing a specific offer, suggesting an offer based solely on its payout, or including cancellation web addresses or telephone numbers.
He/she provides fake, invalid, or information that does not reflect themselves on an offer. Each user must use his/her VALID information on every offer completed. A user may not create an email address or voicemail box for the sole purpose of completing offers.

C. Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or delete your account, you may log into your account, click on Messages, and send Administrator a message to request deactivation. Please note that deactivated accounts may not be recoverable. Any other means requesting an account to be cancelled or deleted will not be upheld. Termination of a member's account does not merit the creation of a new account. In addition, members who are inactive for 6 months or longer will have their account removed. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to cash earned and prizes requested. LeadPrizes will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated, cancelled, or suspended.

D. Transfer

Accounts, or balances contained therein, may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or otherwise change ownership under any circumstances, except by LeadPrizes.

E. Verification

If a member is selected by the verification system to provide proof of identity via a photo ID with a name picture and address that matches their LeadPrizes account, that member must cooperate and provide the requested information before their payment can be issued. Failure to do so will result in their payment being held until receipt of requested documents, or indefinitely if no proof is provided. LeadPrizes reserves the right to request this information as an attempt to decrease the risk of fraudulent activity. Please refer to our Privacy Policy in regards to security precautions to our member's information.

Offers

A. Offer Completion

LeadPrizes is solely responsible for offer crediting. Please do not contact offer providers (advertisers) regarding offer credit.
Users may only complete an offer if they have never completed it previously, whether on this site or another.
While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors do occur. LeadPrizes is not responsible for typographical errors on the offer pages.
LeadPrizes reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time for any reason.
Users must try only those offers in which they have a legitimate interest. If a user is found, in LeadPrizes's sole discretion, to be in violation of this provision, his/her earnings will be forfeit and his/her account disqualified.
Users must provide valid information when signing up for offers. Falsifying information for offers is grounds for account and/or offer credit disqualification.
LeadPrizes uses industry-standard tracking software, but occasionally offers fail to credit. LeadPrizes does not guarantee payments for offers which fail to track and credit. If an offer fails to credit automatically, the user understands that LeadPrizes cannot provide recourse.
Occasionally, offer links can redirect to other offers. If an offer link is redirecting to another offer, the user may not complete it. Any attempt to complete a redirected offer will not result in credit.

B. Offer Terms

Users that signup for an offer may not immediately cancel or unsubscribe from the offer.
We do not offer any form of manual credits. Due to Fraud and abuse most advertisers will not honor a credit. If your offer did not track properly this is due to fault of your computer not handling tracking cookies properly.
LeadPrizes is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or any other contractual agreement of any offers listed on this site as we have no control over them. We strongly suggest that users carefully and completely read all the terms and conditions associated with each offer before completing it.
If a sponsor reports you as using a stolen or fraudulent credit card, your account will be terminated and all points will be forfeited If an advertiser reports to us that you have provided them fake or falsified information we will chargeback your account double, and may terminated your account at our sole choice.

Payments

A. Disbursement

All payment of rewards are carried out by LeadPrizes and advertisers should not be contacted regarding this matter.

B. PayPal Requirements

The PayPal cashout method has the following stipulations:

A members first PayPal cashout will be processed manually, within 48 hours. All future cashouts via PayPal will be instant.
Multiple LeadPrizes users may not share a single PayPal account.
There must be an active PayPal account at the payment email address.
Only one cashout per day is permitted (read section D below for more information).

C. Reward Requests

All reward requests are processed and ordered within 0-3 days. Some rewards may be delayed depending upon where it is being ordered from, being shipped to, or if the user is suspected of fraud. If suspected of fraud, the reward would be based on a NET 30 period. Not all custom order requests may be fulfilled. LeadPrizes reserves the right to refuse purchasing any custom order based upon its sole discretion.

D. Payment Proof

In order to qualify for daily cashouts, you are required to make a new reply on the Payment Proof board of the forum of your payment proof. Once you have provided proof at least once in a given month, you qualify to request cashouts daily for the rest of the month if you choose to do so.

E. Taxes

Users who earn over $600 in a given year will be required to submit a tax form to LeadPrizes before any further payments are made.
The user is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and other fees associated with cashout receipt and use.

F. Expiration

Once an offer or bonus has posted to a user's account, he/she must "cashout" within 180 days. After 180 days, offers and bonuses expire and are no longer eligible for payment.

Games

A. Game Credits

Game Credits, also referred to as GC within the site, are used only to play in the Games.
Game Credits cannot be transferred into Points (cash).
Points can converted into Game Credits if desired.

B. Types of Games

Match Up: Currently offers two tournament types, Best of 2 and Monthly tournaments. The goal of this game is to match pairs up with like pairs as quickly as possible. The user with the quickest time will win. In the result of a tie of the time and number of misses, the users will split the prize.
Quick Shot: Currently offers two tournament types, Best of 2 and Monthly tournaments. The goal of this game is to make as many baskets in one minute as possible. The user with the highest score will win. In the result of a tie of the same score and number of misses, the users will split the prize..

C. Game Play

Each game offers a Play For Fun version that can be used to practice in the game before you use Game Credits in the live version.
LeadPrizes will not be held accountable for any issues that may arise while playing the games, including, but not limited to: game freezing, delayed start, score not submitting. These issues are most likely an issue with your own computer with possibly not enough resources available or having too many programs and applications running at the same time.

D. Skill Level

A users Skill Level will increase based on games played and score received while playing.
Users will only compete against others that have their same Skill Level, in tournaments that are marked with stating that a skill level is involved.

E. Tournaments

Depending upon the tournament type chosen (Best of 2 or Monthly), the Game Credit entry fee is either 1 Game Credit or 2 Game Credits, respectively.

Jackpot

A. Basics

A jackpot will be held each month that all members are automatically entered as long as one offer is successfully submitted and credited. For every completed offer across the site in whole, the jackpot will raise between 5-10% of the offer worth that was credited.

B. Entries

One entry will be received per each completed offer.
There is no maximum amount of entries that you are limited to.
The more entries you have, the better your chances are in winning.

C. Winners

At the end of each month, between 1-10 members (random each month) will be chosen randomly automatically by the system.
The winners will share the Jackpot prize total.
Jackpot winnings will be added automatically to accounts at the time of the drawing.

LeadPrizes collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services. Some of our services require you to register for an account. LeadPrizes asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, contact information, and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LeadPrizes, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE OR USE OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF LeadPrizes HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF SUCH DAMAGES.
